Receiving Hours
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (closed 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. for freight/pallet deliveries)
Please Note:
- Have tracking information available before contacting University Mail Services about any incoming shipments
- University Mail Services can accommodate semi-trucks (53’ trailers are pretty tight on campus)
- University Mail Services does not have a loading dock
- Our facility does include a forklift (no liftgate required)
- For shipments with special instructions please contact us
Property Tags
If an item is determined to require a property tag, we will open the package and tag the item before sending it to you.
The following items require property tags:
- Computers and any devices that store data
- Any purchases over $5k (this includes shipping and tax)
Receiving Items on Purchase Order
Once you’ve inspected any items procured using a purchase order, you must contact us to inform us that you received the correct item and if it’s in working order. Then, we can complete the receiving process in the system.
