UPS CampusShip

Need to send out a package and want to do it at your convenience? We offer an account setup form for the UPS CampusShip online platform. This allows Administrative Support Coordinators to easily create package labels for their faculty or staff. These packages can either be taken to an offsite UPS location, or they can be left at any of the campus pickup points to go out with our daily UPS pickup. Please refer to the last drop times for all locations. Contact us for more info.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are the single most important piece of info for any trackable item. If you are curious if the package has arrived at SSU, checking the tracking info will tell you that without having to contact us. If you still need to inquire further, please have your tracking information available before contacting us. That is the info we use to log items into our tracking system.

Note: If you track a USPS package and it says delivered on a Friday-Sunday, that means it’s waiting for the pickup by SSU and we will retrieve it the following business day. Submit a Facilities work order to request movement of large items (over 55lbs) and pallets from receiving. When making a large order that will most likely arrive by freight, please contact us in the mailroom with any info prior to its arrival. Sometimes we need to plan ahead to accommodate large shipments.

We have a forklift on site for all freight deliveries, so no liftgate is required.

When receiving large shipments such as freight (pallets) or items weighing over 75lbs, please contact us to ensure the best rates and services.
